Sky isn’t connecting to internet
Hi, everyday for the past week or so, my 2 sky boxes aren't connecting to the internet, each day I'm having to keep rebooting my router but it's not happening on any other devices except sky

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi
If the mini still does not connect try a Network Reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box

Every day my tv says that I'm not connected to a sky q box or that I need to re boot my router, this is happening multiple times a day, our internet is fine, all our other devices connect and our smart tvs are all connected aswell, we only have issues with the 2 sky q boxes

All of the above, we do multiple times a day, it's getting a joke now, half the time we don't even watch tv as it's not worth the hassle of having to keep running up and down the stairs to keep rebooting the router or pressing the wps button continuously

No we are with EE, we have already spoken to them as we initially thought the issue was the broadband, we have since got a booster and a new router but the issue is still there and like I said, the issue is only with the 2 tv's that have sky, all of phones, iPads and other tv's have no issue with the broadband, I also wfh with no issue it's only sky

Hi @Felicitymck
As you are on 3rd party Broadband it is not possible to connect your Q box by WPS.
You need to use Router SSID and password for the 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
However if you have a Sky Q WiFi booster then you can connect this by an Ethernet cable to your router. Try to get the booster as far away from the EE router as practical.
You can then then use WPS on the booster following a Network reset on your Q box.
