Sky q
My sky has been going on and off all day so far and I'm paying fir this service and it's poor

What do you mean by my Sky has been going on and off all day? Is this your Sky Q box or your broadband?

Well it says Sky Q in the subject line but "going on and off" doesn't sound like Q box behaviour.
