Hi said by email my sky q is up and running it isn't engineer was meant to come yesterday he didn't

Your post isn't very clear. Not sure what email you're referring to. You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

If an engineer was arranged for yesterday and didn't attend contact Sky and see if there is an update.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
