Sky q sim card

Am rejoining sky but due to a problem with Sky Stream i was offered sky Q for same cost. But it says i need a viewing card, but this hasnt been mentioned. Will one be sent with new boxes?

@Ronafin 

In that case Sky will probably send out a new Sky Q box by courier for you to set up. They will have expected you to have kept your old viewing card (not SIM card - they are for mobiles). In that case you'll have to contact Sky to request a new viewing card which Sky will send out by Royal Mail.
