Sky q, restarts

My sky q keeps either updating or going into deep sleep (as if knocked off at the wall) when i switch on TV and sky box  in the morning, 4am

See this link regarding your Sky Q box being in eco mode. If you regularly turn on at 4am try changing the standby setting.
