Sky q replacement

Our Sky Q box seems to be on its last legs.  We don't want Sky Glass.  Can we just replace the Sky Q box?

Hi @Little70girl 

If you have issues with your Q box suggest you contact Sky for an Engineer to check your box.

He can then replace the box if necessary.
