Sky q not working

The sky q is not working have reset it and waited for the 2 steps to complete but its still not working

I'm having the same issue but the Service Checker is stating there are no known issues in my area (East Sussex)

What reset did you do ?

Is the Q box on with green LED?

Is there any onscreen message?
