Sky q not working

Hi . Our sky q box stopped recording programs and would not let us watch our recordings. So I did the hard drive reset. Now we cannot watch sky at all . Keeps saying no signal. Tried to turn everything off . But no joy.  We could watch sky before I did the reset. Any help appreciated. We have a week to wait for a sky engineer to try and sort it out

Hi,

I am currently updating software for my Sky Q box as I am getting a error message "Technical Fault" on all channels.

My Q box kept dropping Prime and Paramount also now Iplayer. Had the blue cycling Q of death now green light is on but I've got an empty blue screen on television West Midlands
