Sky q not working

• Sky q isn't working. We've tried resetting the internet and also the sky q box. We just have a blank screen

Hi @JackieAndyD 

First make sure that your TV set is set to the correct HDMI input for your Q box.

Then make sure that the Q box is on with green LED.   If you still have a blank screen try pressing

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

on the Q box remote control.
