Last night I spent 5 hrs with a technical wizard trying to get Sky q to work after new BT router installed. Main box connected fine, as are phones, tablets, printer, laptops, etc
Sky q boxes are showing connected to broadband but no Internet. Have disconnected from power etc but still didn't work after reconnecting. Worked briefly last night but then dropped out. Also have white booster box with all lights on.Literally tearing my hair out... please help
