My sky Q mini box which is upstairs keeps on losing WiFi connection. I have spoken to sky and they said that they are going to send an engineer out to fit a booster but my broadband is not with sky it is with Virgin, would that matter?

Hi @Collllllllll The Sky Booster goes between the Main Sky Q box and the Mini box to help bridge the communications. You home broadband has nothing to do with the Sky Q Mesh (its own WiFi).
