I have updated my main sky q and the mini box won't work it just keeps saying updating 1-2 then switches to update software on main to which I keep doing but the sky q mini still won't work,I've tried all the advice which is online but with no joy ,please help
This has been resolved now it turned out that I had so many recordings that it had used 99% of the storage space so when it updated the mini box got stuck and froze so it couldn't be rectified,a replacement is being sent out.
