@Heavyheart couple of thingsto try
Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot the mini that has the problem
If that doesn't help
can you try swapping one of the working mini with the one thats not working as it may be a distance problem
