My sky q mini keeps saying I cannot watch TV because of connectivity problem. I have checked the settings on main box and mini, everything is ticked. The router is all green. I've rebooted both boxes, I've done software updates because Sky advised me too, and still nothing. I am getting extremely frustrated paying for something I can't watch. Anyone else had this issue and knows how to resolve please.

I am having similar issues with Sky Q mini boxes, have to keep resetting the main Q box, surely this is a common problem, but all we can do is go to a forum ??
This needs a proper line of reporting to get someone to support / fix the issue, Sky doesn't seem to care much as there is no direct help !

When you come to the Sky login page and try to report a fault such as Sky Q mini box connectivity, all I am faced with is non relevant / generic faults to choose from, I didn't find any that were directly relevant.
