Sky q mini boxes
If I get sky q with a mini box do I have to purchase multiroom as happy to watch the same channel in both rooms as I do now with a magic eye?

Re: Sky q mini boxes
You cannot operate a mini without a multiroom sub, even if you only ever watched the same channel.
The magic eye won't work as there's no RF. Alternatives would be some form of converter to RF or HDMI distribution.

Re: Sky q mini boxes
@cornwall70Q is a totally different system from Sky HD. The main box does most of the work and the minis totally reply on it to function which they will not without a multiroom sub.

Re: Sky q mini boxes
Sky won't supply a Mini box without a Multiscreen subscription, and any available elsewhere aren't legitimate and will not work.
