SKY KEEPS ASKING ME TO RETURN MY KIT, I HAVE SENT IT BACK ALREADY

I returned my kit ages ago, using my own packaging as they FAILED to send theirs to me. But I keep getting SMS asking me to return my kit. Chat was no help, cannot speak to a human. What gives?!

@ARGHHHHHH1  On going issue with Sky for years, returns service is pretty bad.  Glad you have the proof of postage, they will back down once you provide it.  If you dont have it, you could be out of luck.

Thanks @bemak187 I was referred by @oldfella and sorted it earlier. Was very easy once I got to a human!

Pain in the **** though that they can just SMS regularly with no right/way to reply...
