Sky q mini boxes not staying connected

I am at my wits end! 

I have a Vodafone broadband and sky q, with mini boxes. 
over the past month they will not stay connected to my main box or wifi. 

I have had a sky engineer out who blamed the Vodafone router so got a new one but now I have managed to get the main sky q box to remain connected to wifi however I can get the sky q minis to connect for 5 minutes then they just drop out, I have tried resetting everything and all other suggeted fixes what on earth is going on! 

I have 3 mini boxes so they can have all gone wrong at sametime!!

I should add my mini boxes literally in next room and above the main one. And I have tried connecting just the sky devices to wifi and nothing else and same issue

Hi @Chris3434   Remember that your Mini boxes only connect to the Main box, not your Vodafone WiFi.

Yeah they connect to the main box for 2-5 mins max then just drop out saying they have no connection even though main box still has connection
