Can't get 'red button' on mini box

Hi all,

Trying to watch a match via red button on Sky Sports+

I get the 'match choice' red button on the main box, but not on the mini box upstairs.

I've rebooted both boxes.

Any ideas?

Hi @nobbynobby   Try using the menu route instead. Home->Sports->Football.

Thanks for that. That route hadn't even crossed my mind!

It was a bit 'glitchy' and didn't seem to want to play at first, but after a few blank screens we finally got there 👍
