Hi

I got a sky mini box yesterday but I can not connect it to my sky q box any ideas.

Just to let you know I am not at home

It will not pick up the signal from the other box to join together

No sure what you mean by this - but the mini needs to be in range of the main box. It won't work far far away...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
