Sky q mini box

My sky q mini boxes are connected to the main box but the messsge reads 

check your subscription entitles you to view this channel 

up until 6pm last night we have not had a problem now it's both mini boxes 

By chance we cancelled our old BT sport package moments earlier but I can't see this being the issue
