Sky q mini box

Have constantly had problems connecting mini box, either to main sky box or to the network. Constantly resetting, works sometimes, other times not. Turn off at night as fed up withnit, in the morning i5s connected and working fine. When resetting now, gets to blue screen 'willgo blank shortly, press home to get started'. Screen goes off and from that point, has yellow light but will not respond to reboot. Have reset button, left off, reset again... totally fed up with this. Now trying to find a phone number to call Sky - thats as frustrating on their site here as constantly rebooting their shocking equipment. Has anyone got a phone number pls?

Any time you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

Have been on a chat session with you for over an hour now, no further forward.wasked to reset internet hub, did that, now no answer from agent. Is this a way of getting rid of us customers?  Ery frustrating and now looking at moving to virgin

@PeterW242 the chat session is not live chat so the agent may be dealing with more people or on lunch or something

So having a month, an engineer due today between 12-5pm. Just got a text will not be here! Hanging on now for virtual agent to book next date, tolf be 5 mins, still hanging on. The mini box is unreliable hence the engineer and having had a stroke, this unit is in my bedroom to make things easier for me. Now when will you actually get here? 
I cannot express how annoyed I am. I know you charge me if I cancel or change, what is your compensation to me for your lousy mini box and lousy service?
