Sky q mini box won’t connect to main box despite a reboot of main box.

Sky mini box has just stopped working. When we try to reboot it stops at Step 2 of 4 - where is tells you to press and hold the button on the box until it flashes. It does flash but won't move on to step 3. Anybody got the same problem?

Hi @John+and+Dale 

Once the mini WPS is flashing you need to press the WPS button on the main Q box
