Sky q mini box stuck on step 2

My sky q mini box is stuck on step 2 of turning on, asking to press the button till it flashes, the button is already flashing and won't do anything so I'm stuck in that screen I've done all the usual unplug ect

If it is the WPS light flashing then it is asking you to press the WPS button on the main Q box and not the mini

Yeah it turned out there was a connection problem on the main box, I had to reset that aswell hense it was also flashing but as my sky was working correctly on that box  I hadn't checked the connection👍
