Hi, since we changed our broadband to fibre (with Plusnet), our Sky Q mini box doesn’t work. It started out ok, then the screen kept glitching, then it lost connection altogether. I reset it using the WPS buttons from the main Sky Q box (there have been no issues with that box) and the modem and the Sky booster. It worked again for a bit but then we got the same problem. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

Is your Booster a Sky Q Booster and to what is it connected?
Also where is located in relation to the main Q box and the mini?

Hi, yes it is a sky broadband booster, connected (wirelessly) to the modem. All three lights are green. It is in between the main box and mini.
