I have Paramount+ through Sky, but I still can't login.
I've followed all the on screen instructions and have even logged into the app but for some reason, Paramount+ don't recognise that I have a Sky account and are trying to set me up on a new subscription.

You first need to subscribe to Paramount plus through Sky Market place.
