My sky Q mini box will not start up. I've tried the reset etc and the red light comes on, usual message stating to press the home button once the screen goes blank, but then the light is on Amber and I can't get anything to work. Any ideas?

Was there a fix for this? I have the same problem. My main Sky Q box & one mini bix are working fine, but the other mini box will not start. I've tried multiple resets without success.

I tried everything turning the main switch on and off, screen goes blank and when I press home button still red light on the mini box
