Sky q mini box dropping connection

My broadband provider is Community Fibre. I'm having issues with my mini q boxes in that the connection drops and comes back (receive an error message "can't watch tv right now as there is connectivity issue between the mini box..."). The main box is working perfectly fine. Issue only occurring since moving broadband provider to Community Fibre. WiFi around the house is working perfectly fine too

no one has invited me to a private. The issue i am experiencing is now becoming extremely frustrating. Sky not following up is NOT good customer service at all. Please can someone get back to me ASAP.
