Sky q issues


having major issues with sky Q box, extremely hot to touch programs or no record stating software issues also recording, not recording, temporary fault, freezing during commercials. Previous recordings, not working, jumping back not moving and fast forward. Many boxes stating not connected to TV but they are

Need help.

As I have a sky Q contract, does that mean my equipment is covered for repairs?

Hi @Aldo+12345678 

Best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your Q box.

As all Q equipment is rented it is down to Sky to replace faulty boxes free of charge..

 

Bear in mind that if your Q box needs replacing you will lose all your Recordings.

Any buy and keep from Sky Store can be downloaded to a replacement Q box.
