Discussion topic: Sky q hard drive issue

Had a power cur earlier, now my q box will not record/pause etc. Can't watch catch up only live TV.

Internet connection is fine, i have tried turning off and back on, all lights on box are normal.

Any tips?

Are you actually seeing any on screen message suggesting a hard drive issue as that's your thread title?

Have a read of this Sky Q help articles around recordings.

Mainly the one that mentions 'Can't record or delete and other recording problems' and try a reset.

If that does not help, you can at the end of that article order a replacement Sky Q box.
