Sky q fault & offer of new sky q box but hasnt turned up

Rang up due to constant issues last Wednesday to be told yes we can see there is a fault with your sky q box we will order you a fast track new one & took my mobile for delivery , it still not been delivered & im paying full wack for sod all services & broad band , only just renewed too so going to look into terminating , anyone else not had any deliveries ? Also doesn't show any active orders 😕
