Sky q box

Hello my sky q box keep freezing and I have to turn it on and off at the wall every morning. My box is 10 years old so probably will need a new one. Can you advise how I go about ordering a a new s q box and a mini box. Also what sort of price i can expect to pay. Thank you

Sky Q boxes (main and mini boxes) are loaned to customers so there isn't a charge. Sky will swop out a box if it's found to be faulty. Contact Sky to see if a replacement is necessary.
