Sky q box

Old box stoped working on Saturday sent me a new box today and it's doing exactly the same thing blue Light keeps flashing we have tried everything rebooting turn on and off down loading software and still cannot get it to work. I've got to wait until six of August for a engineer visit, so frustrating

That will be the earliest available time slot in your area. It doesn't help that like everyone else, engineers will be taking annual leave.
