Sky q box will connect with new voneus router but notthe Internet

We have been with bt and never had an problem with sky q box connection but due the the cost after bt and the speed we have moved to voneus every thing seems ot connect TV phones,ect but the sky q box connects to the broadband router but dose not connect to the Internet, having just spoke to voneus tried everything but still it won't  connect any help

Is that on a Voneus full fibre (FTTP) or a wireless internet (WISP) service?

OK, the main Q box might need a network reset, if you haven't done that already.

Home - Settings - Setup - Network.

Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side
