My sky q box has become slow to respond when going to play a recorded program, also when deleting after viewing.
I have tried a reset, also a power off and on.
I have also reset my Internet router as well.

Yeah there is loads of space. Only about 8 programs on there.

Um no I haven't. How do you do that?
I assumed it updated itself.

First thing to do is check if the box is on the latest Software.

OK, so it's still slow tonight.
So nothing has changed.
Any idea how I get an engineer to take a look?
