Sky q box slow to play recorded programs

My sky q box has become slow to respond when going to play a recorded program, also when deleting after viewing.

I have tried a reset, also a power off and on.

I have also reset my Internet router as well.

Hi @Andy268

Have you checked your Disk space in Recordings - Manage?

Re: Sky q box slow to play recorded programs

Um no I haven't.  How do you do that?

I assumed it updated itself.

Hi @Andy268

First thing to do is check if the box is on the latest Software.

If it remains unresponsive then it could be a sign of a failing hard disk.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Re: Sky q box slow to play recorded programs

OK, so it's still slow tonight.

So nothing has changed.

Any idea how I get an engineer to take a look?
