Sky q box return

I had a txt to say i need to returning the sky equipment. I have returned it ages ago

Hi @spiggit911uk   Define ages ago? As long as you have proof of posting there shouldn't be a problem.

Over a moth ago no proof of post it's been that long proof of postage gone now

If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

Possibly but on the box I have just received with my streams printed inside it says use this box to return your old equipment.and  "Keep proof of posting for 90 days."
