Sky q box no connection

My sky q box which is connected to a sky mini box in my bedroom hasn't been working since yesterday evening. It has no satellite signal or connection. The main box and router is working fine. I have reset everything several times (and followed all steps as advised) today and still only 2 lights are appearing on the sky q box. The one not lighting up is the connection one?? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

Not sure which light you are referring to (as the connection one)?

There is no connection indication on a Q box

There is no led in the middle of the mini.

Only the power led on the front right hand side of the mini is normally lit.  This is Amber when in Standby and Green when on.

On the right of this is the WPS button which flashes when pressed for WPS

@Deenie24 that could well be a booster you are describing which will need connecting If on Sky broadband to either the main Q box or router which ever is nearest to the mini box by WPS then connecting the mini box to the booster by WPS or if its a third party broad band the booster needs connecting to the Sky Q main box by WPS then the mini box to the booster box by WPS 

If you are still unsure can you uploas a picture of what you are describing
