Sky q box keeps freezing on standby

My Sky Q gets stuck on standby all the time. After resetting multiple times , eventually comes on. After a while reverts to standby and does not come even when pressing the standby by button on the box. 

keeps losing signal part way when on. Is this a faulty sky Q box ? Or another way of resetting needed.

Hi @MPLM Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Thank You @Quoman7 for your suggestion. Have done as requested. Unfortunately problem is still there - with frequency of auto resetting increased by sky Q while watching TV - even before reaching the standby freeze. Have contacted sky who are sending a replacement box. 

Note. Previously was just resetting sky q as per help info. This time did all you suggested. So It seems box is faulty.
