Sky q box hard drive issue

My Sky box is not working due to hard drive issues .

Have booked engineer but want to book an earlier date

Any date you've been provided with is already the earliest possible date in your area.

As above, there's unlikely to be one.

 

Can you not asking for a box swap via courier?  (You don't really need an engineer)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Leisa.W if you work through the link below it should lead you to ordering a replacement box that will be send out to you and swapped for your non-working box
