Sky box died switched off at mains three times now and tried hard reset . Still no recordings although this is the third time in as many weeks.

You can order a replacement box online here;

When you handover your faulty box to the courier for the replacement box, make sure you retain your current Sky viewing card as you will need that for putting in and setting up with your replacement box.
