Sky q box and mini
Today we upgraded from Hd box to Q and offered a mini box to replace the eye we had to watch same channel in other room however the sync is out by 10 secs annoying told by sky it's normal that's not normal great listening to music in two rooms out of sync!! Why are we going backwards and how do we sort it please?

It is normal although 10 seconds seems very long. I have the same here with the mini box a second or two behind the main box. Nothing you can do about it.

Hi @Marie_Davies1 Unfortunately you cannot sort it, basic science, the main box has to process the signal and then send it to the Mini box. However, 10 seconds sounds a bit extreme.

Unfortunately there's totally different technologies involved, and it's simply not possible. To be fair, though, the use-case you describe isn't one Q was ever intended for.
