Sky q apps pixilating

Prime, netflix and paramount all pixilate really bad to the point it's like a sd picture.

Frustrating nothing helps, get told to turn box off, update software, nothing helps.

Pay 150 a month for what

As the apps get their feeds from the internet I'd suggest, assuming you connect to your router via WiFi 1) turn off your Sky Q at the socket, restart your router and wait for it to be back online (check using another device), power up your Sky Q and wait for it to reconnect to your router (can take several minutes).  If that doesn't improve your apps, 2) do the previous but instead of waiting for your Sky Q to reconnect to the router do a full network setup.

I am just another Sky customer!
