I have been having problems with sky q dropping Internet conection. I have even changed the main box. Lost all my recordings **bleep** but it keeps dropping Internet and saying no conection. I have had rltruble with this broadband for years the last time a engineer had to run a cable from my house to the pole as damaged underground but it is still useless. Speed gets very poor or none at all. He said there was a full fiber box on the pole he connected to and couldn't see whey I can't get full fiber. My neighbours can get it
