Sky picture - motion smoothing

Hi there.  Has Sky applied blanket Motion  Smoothing on TV channels across the whole Sky platform?  Every channel, since 3rd March now have the artificial 'Soap Opera' effect despite all of my TVs having this feature turned off.  All has been normal up to this date, for years.  Any advice is welcome.  Thanks.
