Sky paramount not working

I was given paramount plus on my tv and since recieving the free trial has not worked

Try updating your software on ALL your Sky boxes. Go to settings, select  System info.. On the right click on Software version, then on setup, then click on Software download. Once download is complete, put box on Standby for 15 minutes so download can be installed. Hope this helps.
