My Sky Multi room box fails to work 9 times out of 10 and always needs reactivating. Why?

My Sky multi-room box needs reactivating 9 times out of 10 after it is switched back on from standby mode. Why?

Check what Standby mode you are on. If it is Eco, change it to Active. Select Setting, then Setup, then Preferences,  then look on the right for Standby mode. Hopefully it will show Eco or none. If so, change it to Active. Hope this solves your problem.
