Sky not working

My sky mini box os saying there  is a connectivity problem its nit the first time , 

its also saying i need to upgrade to watch a recording 

Im not happy to be honest as i pay for the full package

Your 2nd issue is quite a common one that is normally resolved by chatting with Sky.

 

I have escalated your original post to SKY who, hopefully, will be in touch.
