Sky not working

Hi 

My sky Q box keeps going off all the time! I have to switch it off by the mains power for a period of time then switch it back on, it then works for a couple of minutes and goes back off again

Go to settings, and check ECO settings.

You probably have it set to turn off after x time of inactivity.
