Sky not working properly pixalated only records bits doesn' fast forward been having problem for wee

Sky keeps freezing picture pixalated recording doesnt fast forward keeps going back recordings only record a bit says software problem done a reset and hardrive a few times but still same

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

The hard drive is probably failing.   Call Sky and ask for the box to be replaced - remember to remove your viewing card when doing so.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
