Sky multiroom stuck on step 2 of 4 and the screen is green.

Tried to set up my sky q mini multiroom upstairs. Can't get past this screen. Once the wps turns green, the screen also turns green.

Hi @Rhianwen 

The screen you have shown is telling you to press the WPS on the nearest Q device.

This would normally be the main Q box or a Sky Q Booster or the Router if you are on Sky Broadband.  
ie the nearest Q device.

You must do this within 2 minutes of the mini WPS starts flashing.

I've done this about 5 times, it connectd and then freezes on a green screen. I've also restarted the main sky q box and then tried again, it doesn't work.

I also have the exact same problem ... have you found a solution

I split the wifi from 5 to 2.4, then connected it on that wifi and it didnt crash! Hope that helps.
