Sky movie's is pixilated
Recently upgraded my package on sky to include movie's. I have multi room but the movie's are all pixilated up in my bedroom. Have tried unplugging the box and no distance?

Re: Sky movie's is pixilated
Are they fine on the main box?
Such issues are usually related to dish alignment. (But this would affect all boxes)
Are downloads the same?

@Stevie+Gar Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting your mini box
